hunger, drugs, homelessness, prison and a score of other unfortunate
circumstances. Located in the small village Sandoval just outside
Matamoros,
Mexico near Brownsville, Texas, this small and unassuming facility is ministered by a non-denominational, Christian Board of Directors.
